Narenciye Park Project is starting...
Our Project is being planned on Narenciye Caddesi, which is one of the main arteries of Antalya. The fundamental aim of our project is to create a pilot project fort he concept of Urban Transformation, which is one of the new differentiation strategies of our company. Together with this Project, it is aimed that the reinforced concrete buildings in Antalya which have completed their lifespan be demolished and replaced by new projects, thus gaining new structure which are worthy of Antalya.
A new residential area has been designed in the Narenciye Region, and construction of the first 2 blocks of the Project will begin immediately. Images of the first block of the project have been published on our site.
The framework section of the first block construction of our Narenciye Project has been completed, and the other phases of the first block construction have been moved on to. The licensing phase fort he second block is continuing. Plans are in place to begin the second block construction in May. The aim is to complete the first block in June 2011. Our sales of the outlets and the duplex apartments is still ongoing.
Our Project will have been completed in the short period of just four months, with the keys being handed over in June. Our retail outlet and duplex apartment sales are still ongoing.
